These terms form an agreement between the account holder and Binoron, LLC. By creating or joining a family space, you accept these terms.

The service

Big Little Plans provides shared planning, task, file and budget tools. It is not a financial, medical, legal, emergency or professional-advice service. You remain responsible for project decisions, deadlines and backups of critical documents.

Accounts and family spaces

You must provide a reachable email address, protect access to your email account and invite only people who are allowed to see the family space. Family owners control membership and subscription administration.

Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful or infringing material, misuse another person’s data, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or use the service for fraud. We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the service.

Your content

You keep your rights in content you add and give Binoron, LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and transmit it to provide the service.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated reasonably in advance where required.

Liability

Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited. To the extent permitted, indirect and consequential losses are excluded and aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and request deletion. We may suspend serious or repeated violations, with notice where reasonably possible.

Law

Delaware law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in your country.
