Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Prices, renewal, cancellation and refund rules for Big Little Plans Plus.
Free and Plus
Free includes one family space, up to two active projects, core shared task management and the Blank, Moving, Travel and Birthday starter templates. Plus includes unlimited projects, every premium template and design, budgets, files, comments, links, recurring tasks and dependencies. When Plus ends, previously stored premium content generally remains visible but cannot be edited or expanded without Plus access again.
Plus plans
Big Little Plans Plus costs USD 5.99 per month or USD 49.99 per year. The selected plan applies to one family space. Before confirmation, Stripe Checkout shows the total price, currency, billing interval and any applicable taxes.
Renewal and cancellation
Plus is a recurring subscription and renews automatically for the selected interval until canceled. Authorized family owners or admins can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal opened from the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while access normally continues through the already-paid period.
Refunds and problems
Mandatory refund and withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Contact support about a duplicate charge or inability to access the paid service so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution. Otherwise, there is no general right to a refund for an already-used subscription period unless applicable law requires one.
Changes
Material price or subscription changes will be communicated in advance where required. A price change does not apply retroactively to an already-paid period.
