Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

What to expect before Big Little Plans offers paid plans.

Current availability

Big Little Plans currently offers free access. A paid Plus plan is not yet available for purchase, and no customer can be charged through the app today.

Before any purchase

If Plus becomes available, the checkout page will show the features, exact price, currency, taxes, billing interval and renewal date before you agree to pay.

Renewal and cancellation

A recurring plan will renew only after you have accepted its terms. The family owner will be able to cancel from app settings; cancellation will stop the next renewal while access normally continues through the already-paid period.

Refunds

Mandatory refund and withdrawal rights will remain unaffected. Any additional refund terms, including help with duplicate charges or inability to access the paid service, will be shown before paid plans launch.

Changes

Material price or subscription changes will be communicated in advance where required. This page will be updated before customers can purchase Plus.
